I went to parent teacher conference last night for Nora. I left feeling so grateful for my 6 year old. She may not be the perfect daughter or sister, but she has become the perfect student and I am so proud of her.
Her teacher informed me that out of their whole class, Nora tested highest in reading and spelling. I knew she was good, but I didn't know she was that good :). She was also tested for words she can read per minute. A first grader is supposed to read at about 45 words per minute. Nora reads 189 words per minute. How awesome is that??
